    The first shop of Kikis Philippou LTD opens its doors in Dasaki Achnas. Initially, the shop trades colors, building fixtures and sanitary wares. Then, it starts importing flooring and sanitary wares from different countries such as Italy, Germany, England and Spain.

    Kikis Philippou LTD is now renovated, owning a modern showroom of 600 sqm.

  • Exclusive retailer of Parador

    Kikis Philippou LTD is becoming the exclusive retailer of Parador in Cyprus– one of the biggest parke companies in Germany. Parador is well know for it Solid, Prefinished and Laminate Parke.

  • Exclusive retailer of TECHNOKOLLA

    In 2001 Kikis Philippou LTD becomes once again an exclusive retailer, this time of TECHNOKOLLA. TECHNOKOLLA is a specialized manufacturer of the highest quality bonding agents for the building trade, adhesives for fixing wall and floor cladding materials, waterproofing coatings, grouting, sealants and products for preparing substrates.

  • Facilities Expansion

    Kikis Philippou LTD expands its warehouse facilities. It is a sophisticated and modern warehouse of 800 sqm, equipped with all the classification and computerization systems aimed at the best customer service possible.
